Key Responsibilities

Systems Management: Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of core business applications including ERP, HRMS, CRM, DMS, and Microsoft 365.

• Sales & Financial Automation: Spearhead field force automation and automated customer accounting to improve market visibility and eliminate manual data entry.
• Infrastructure & Security: Fortify organizational resilience through robust cybersecurity, data backup protocols, and high-performance mobile application lifecycles.
• Strategic Innovation: Pioneer AI-enabled tools and predictive analytics to drive process automation, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision-making.
